It will also be like the days of Noah!

Matthew 24:32-39 "Now learn the parable of the fig tree; when his branch is yet tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near.  So likewise you, when you see all these things, know that it is near, at the doors.  Amen I say unto you, this generation will not pass till all these things be fulfilled.  Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words shall not pass away.  But of that day or hour knows no man, not the angels of heaven, but My Father only!  But as the days of Noah were, so will the coming of the Son of manalso be.  For as in the days that were before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and did not know until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man."

The following 1999 news article is a must read,
Vanishing America - we've come a long way,
or have we?

Ark, which saved his household - Genesis 6:13-22

2)  Noah was also told to enter the Ark with all his household 7
days before the flood.  If this will be like the days of Noah, will
we be warned 1 week ahead of Jesus' return? - Genesis 7:1-5

3)  No one knows the day or the hour, but it doesn't say that we
won't know the week of Jesus' return -  Matthew 24:36-41

  4)  The world perished, they were eating, drinking, and marrying
Right up until the time the flood came and swept them all away
        - Matthew 24:38-41
